Visit to Fresh Vegetable Market

Starts with a Market Visit to Cooking Class followed by Lunch/Dinner

Refresh your senses by visiting a local vegetable market with the fragrance of fresh spices & vegetables, Followed by full hands on typical Indian style of cooking class & a meal.

Duration – 3.0 to 3.5 Hours

It starts with handpicked spices and vegetables by visiting a local market. Return home with raw material required for delicious dishes to be cooked by you. Light up the Charcoal Tandoor or our Gas stove .Cook different dishes on these 2 different things and feel the difference. Smell the flavour of smoke of charcoal and wood being abosrbed by food which gives cooked dishes a true Indian flavour. learn the use of different Indian spices in food and about there medicinal benefits. Enjoy the Indian food cooked by you with some help from us. Share a few laughing moments along the way!

Inclusions : - Visit to vegtable market, tasting of fresh vegetables, Cooking class followed by Lunch or Dinner, Mineral water, Ingredients / raw material required for cooking class.

Exclusions : - Any thing which is not mentioned in inclusions, Pick up or drop to / from Hotel.

Main course – DAAL ( Lentil ) – Any variety of DAAL (Lentil) cooked With different styles like – Daal Fry, Daal Tadka, Daal Makhni. ( Part of Cooking class )

Vegetable in Greavy - ( any 1) – Panner (Cottage cheese) , Mangodi, Pittod, Gatta, Rajma (Red Kidney Beans) or seasonal Green vegetables. ( Part of Cooking class )

Vegetable Dry (any 1) – Aalo Jeera or Seasonal vegetables. ( Part of Cooking class )

Rice – Plain Rice or Jeera Rice

Pickle , Poppadoms , Vegetable Salad, lahsun and coriander leaves chutney/Sauce
