Cooking demonstration / Hands on Experience

Learn different types of Traditional Indian cooking like never before. Learn the method of the preparation of Indian food and some of India's best known dishes.

Duration – 3 Hrs

An amazing and a different kind of experience suited for the Culinary enthusiast.

An experience with combination of learning an Indian dish followed by indulging the tummy with the fineness cooked.

Inclusions : - Cooking class followed by Lunch or Dinner, Mineral water, Ingredients / raw material required for cooking class.

Exclusions : - Any thing which is not mentioned in inclusions, Pick up or drop to / from Hotel.

Welcome drink / Traditional Indian drink- COLD DRINK - LIME JUICE or ROSE , KHUS or other indian flavours Sharbat.( Served In Summers )HOT DRINK - Masala Chai or Tea. (Served in Winters )

Starters – Veg PAKODAS made of different vegetables or Masala Potato Balls or Guajarati samosa. ( Part of Cooking class )

Main course – DAAL ( Lentil ) – Any variety of DAAL (Lentil) cooked With different styles like – Daal Fry, Daal Tadka, Daal Makhni. ( Part of Cooking class )

Vegetable in Greavy - ( any 1) – Panner (Cottage cheese) , Mangodi, Pittod, Gatta, Rajma (Red Kidney Beans) or seasonal Green vegetables. ( Part of Cooking class )

Vegetable Dry (any 1) – Aalo Jeera or Seasonal vegetables. ( Part of Cooking class )

Rice – Plain Rice or Jeera Rice

Pickle , Poppadoms , Vegetable Salad, lahsun and coriander leaves chutney/Sauce

Indian Breads – Tawa Chapati or Parantha or Puri or Corn flour bread. ( Part of Cooking class )

Sweets – Suji and Wheat Flour Halwa or Kheer or Rajasthani Gajak.
