Tips for healthy eating and good living
Include more starchy carbohydratesin your meal.

Have dinner early in evening and atleat 2 hours before of dinner to avoid problems related to indigestion.

If you eat a lot or drink too much it will make you lazy and will make you put on weight. Also if you eat very less you start loosing weight and energy levels. So keep a good balance in what you eating.
